Good quality. Snug fit. Keeps the iRiver Story well protected. Looks like you're carrying a very slim filofax. Quick delivery too! Overall, very pleased with this product.

The iriver story is a nice bit of kit, but definately needs a protective cover, especially as I have a habit of stuffing it down the front of my motorcycle leathers when riding to work!
This leather slip case is slim & stylish, as well as being sturdy - it copes very well with being jammed down the front of my jacket & protects the iriver nicely.
I suppose that if I had a gripe it would be that the bottom left hand retaining strap obscures the iriver story USB/card slot cover - a minor inconvenience but a nuisance when charging or conecting the device to the computer.
Overall, I'm glad I got it - and it looks a lot nicer than the cover my mate got with his Sony!

I am grateful to iGadgitz for developing this leather case for the iRiver Story. ,iGadgitz Luxury Black Genuine Leather Case Cover Sleeve for iRiver Story e-BookThey are usually the first to provide good quality accessories for new gadgets. This case fits perfectly and is a beautiful soft leather and comfortable in the hand. Although a little pricey, it is well worth the money. The only available alternative, a hard case sold by iRiver, is poor by comparison.

If you have bought an iriver story, you probably know that it is a fantastic divise that looks trendy BUT it is not a sturdy as the sony readers. I do not mean that it would snap if you dropped it but, as it is very thin, it is not as strong as other readers. So it is worthwhile investing in a case/ cover.
I had considered other cases, but non seemed fit for the purpose.
The offical iriver case for the product didn't look as if it would really protect the story, plus it didn't look very attractive.
All the other cases on the amazon site were ones that you have to remove the story to read and this was something that I didn't want to do.
I had all but given up hope of being able to put this in a rucksack without my lunch breaking the screen when this came onto amazon!
I bought it, not really knowing what to expect as there were no customer reviews or much information.
It arrived promply and I was amazed at the quality. It is made of leather and the iriver can go into the case easily but I do not think it would come out on its own. I have dropped my story several times and I now chuck it into my rucksack where I have put books, my lunch and even my laptop on top of the story whilst it has been in this case and it is still in perfect condition So, all in all, a fabulously simple case cover that protects you iriver in style!
