I've been using this bag regularly for a few months now, so far it hasn't failed in any way.

It has room for my EOS 40D with a 100-400mm zoom lens attached, with the lens hood inverted. Also, I attach a couple of other lenses to the sides of the bag. This makes it quite heavy, but no rips or tearing so far.

Quite expensive, but worthwhile in the long run - should last many years.
